Raised on small farm in Nobleboro, Jake had a hard work ethic instilled in him from a young age. After receiving a Bachelor degree in business marketing from Eastern University in Pennsylvania, Jake returned home to the midcoast area to build a house and start a family. A seventh generation Oliver on the same land gives him pride in the area he was raised. After working in sales for five years, he embarked on a totally different career and worked the last decade for a local winery in the Midcoast area.
Jake has a vast knowledge of the home building process after building his own house. From clearing the land, doing his own earthwork, milling the lumber with his Dad, to building the house right down to his kitchen cabinets, he tackled each project with energy. His passion for the building process and love of interesting architecture and historic buildings in the area gives him a valuable perspective to your real estate needs.
Jake Oliver resides in Nobleboro with his wife, two daughters, and black lab “Timber”. He enjoys woodworking, recreating in the outdoors, disc golfing, but most of all, spending time with his family. Jake strives for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity in everything he does. He looks forward to helping you with whatever your needs may be. You are his focus. Whatever part of the buying or selling process he can help you with, just let him know.
